CANTONI ® has developed techniques to make the unscrewing moulds more productive
by utilizing robust carriage assemblies , bearing supported cores, and integral gear/core
designs to maximize their performance
This system is mostly used for plastic caps and closures which have detailed threads which
cannot be ejected using bump-off methods but they must be unscrewed from the mould to
avoid thread damage, this has to happen by guaranteeing fast cycle time and complete
mould efficiency
