on the moulding process
In order to have information on the m moulding process the preferred prototyping method is to
simulate the final production mold, by the production of hardened steel inserts on a production
capable single cavity pilot mould. This involve longer time but will show all technical issues
and will be able to revel all performance parameters of the final mold.
Up on the acceptance of the pilot mould, it is of course understood that the completion of the
production mold will be flawless, efficient, bug free and ready for production.
