    With its new conception of reduction in the size of the 48 cavities Cap Injection moulds, CANTONI ® continues its tradition of 50
    years in tool making technology in line with state-of the art developments.

    Systematic re-engineering in conjunction with a 180 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is the essential basis of this series of

    This integrated solution was developed by a collaboration between ENGEL Austria and  CANTONI ®.

    The Injection-Blow Moulding system produces finished bottles containers, in almost all thermoplastic materials, with a fully
    automatic cycle, in various capacities and weights.

    The system performs the injection, the blowing, and the ejection of the finished piece in combined stages.

    CLOSURES MOULDED BY MULTI MATERIALS ON A SINGLE SCREW INJECTION MACHINE

    CANTONI ® builds moulds for different models of parts which require to be made in two materials or colors for a matter of
    esthetic or functionality.

    The mould for two components can be run on a double screw machine or on a conventional single screw machine, this is
    possible by the employment of a separate injection group which will act separately in coordination with molding process and will
    inject the first material, while the second material or color will be injected by the injection machine’s screw.

    LARGE SIZE PET PREFORMS MOULDED WITH IN MOULD INTEGRATED POST COOLING

    The Injection mould can operates on a standard Injection machine with injection unit for PET.

    Our new type of mould for large size PET Preforms, means that robot systems for handling the preforms are no longer needed.
    Mechanisms within the mould use the short idle time in the machine cycle for cooling the preforms. Each cavity is independently
    temperature controlled.

    The shorter flow paths achieved in the mould, together with the dedicated injection unit devised are said to guarantee that the
    acetaldehyde level in the preforms never exceeds the minimum rate specified for beverage applications.

    CANTONI ® ESTABLISHES A BLOW MOULDS MANUFACTURING DIVISION

    Progress in CANTONI ® technology is marked by new and innovations division for manufacturing Blow Moulds  to ensure
    constantly new or expanded fields of application for plastic transformation.

    The new blow moulding division includes :
    Extrusion Moulds and PET moulds for both single and double stage process.
